This might sound like a simple thing but when I added it to the list I meant for it to be a way of taking a stand.

In the instance of what I did today- I was asked to work a shift for someone. I always say yes, probably because I am a workaholic. But also because most of the time I will put other people’s time above mine. But today I said NO!

I plan to take a stand and say no more often when I want to, even if I have a sense of guilt about it.
