I had this on my list last year and checked it off around this time of year, but I loved it so much I made sure to add it back to the list this year.
I made nearly the same one but left our the peppermint this year. After reading some effects of peppermint it can be very invigorating… which absolutely can be a good thing but when trying to make a blend for pain relief I wanted something that was calming. So I just blended eucalyptus and lavender. Both are said to have calming and pain relief aspects to them.
I still have major nerve pain and inflammation my hands on a regular basis, so I’m hoping using this blend can help with that.
For those that have never made a blend, it is pretty simple. I always research what oils blend well together and for what purposes and then use the recipe with a carrier oil, usually fractionated coconut oil.
This is all I needed to make my new blend and I am already using it!
I found a lot of other recipes I cannot wait to try out this year too!
