March 15th: Start 30 Day Ab Challenge

I downloaded “30 Day Ab Challenge” and checked off day one today.

It made me do 15 sit-ups, 5 crunches, 5 leg lifts, and plank for 10 seconds.

It was not hard, but it was not easy. See how much better I can get in 30 days.
